About Brad

Brad Johnson has resided in Colorado for over sixteen years. As a RE/MAX agent, Brad embraces all that attracted him to the Denver metro area many years ago. Brad is a graduate of the University of Denver where he received a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management. After graduating from business school, Brad began working in residential real estate for both local and national builders as well as private real estate investors. As the owner of Bradley Development and a managing partner in Design One LLC, Brad built dozens of new urban homes. Brad then returned to the University of Denver where he earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business. During his time in graduate school, Brad developed an affinity for helping his friends and fellow MBA students find great homes in great neighborhoods. Never did he expect to be a REALTOR. Brad found that he was able to leverage his business experience, knowledge and expertise to the advantage of his friends and classmates. Simply put, Brad enjoyed helping them through the sale or purchase of their homes. He enjoyed it so much that he continues to work as a full time REALTOR. His passion and knowledge of the housing market combined with his experience makes him a trusted and competent agent in the exciting and sometimes challenging Colorado real estate market.

About Marc

Marc Perusse has been involved in the real estate industry from an early age, and has been persistently devising innovative ways to capitalize on current market situations and trends. Before joining Builder Swap, Marc worked for numerous residential and commercial real estate developers, general contractors and construction management firms on projects that have ranged from $300,000 to well over $20 million.

Marc recently joined RE/MAX in order to partner with Brad Johnson to provide brokerage services to a niche market. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP), US Green Building Council and Denver Board of Realtors.

He graduated cum laude from University of Denver with a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management, and was elected to the Alpha Gamma Sigma and Sigma Lambda Chi real estate and construction honorary societies. Marc also tutors graduate real estate students in a variety of subjects at the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management.
